1. General Policy on Research Biochemicals
Due to strict safety standards, laboratory chain-of-custody protocols, and temperature-sensitive storage requirements, research compounds cannot be returned or restocked once dispatched. All sales of biochemical reagents are final upon shipment.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments
If an item arrives broken, defective, or does not match the product ordered, you must notify WholesaleCompound Customer Support within seven (7) calendar days of verified carrier delivery. Please provide your order number, a summary of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damaged parcel, product container, and shipping label.
3. Approved Claims & Resolutions
Upon review and validation of a damaged or incorrect shipment claim, WholesaleCompound will, at its discretion, issue either an expedited replacement shipment at no additional charge or a refund. Approved refunds are credited exclusively to the original payment method utilized during purchase within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only prior to warehouse fulfillment and label creation. Once an order enters our automated fulfillment pipeline, it cannot be modified or recalled.
