1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and prepared for carrier dispatch within one to two (1–2) business days from our domestic US fulfillment facility. Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays are processed on the subsequent business day.
2. Packaging & Compound Integrity
All research compounds are packed in protective, tamper-evident packaging engineered to preserve compound integrity and stability during standard transit conditions. Lyophilized peptides remain stable at ambient temperatures throughout normal transport durations.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery speed options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard domestic shipments typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after carrier acceptance. Carrier transit delays resulting from severe weather or operational disruptions are outside our direct control.
4. Jurisdictional Restrictions
We deliver strictly within the United States and approved jurisdictions where research biochemicals may be lawfully received. Customers are responsible for verifying compliance with local ordinances regarding laboratory reagent receipt. We do not ship restricted research compounds to P.O. boxes.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If a package arrives damaged or tampered with, notify customer support within seven (7) calendar days of delivery with photos of the external packaging, shipping label, and damaged contents so our team can immediately process a claim and replacement.
