All products offered on this website are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research, scientific evaluation, and analytical testing. They are not intended, approved, or sold for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or clinical application. By purchasing, you certify that you have the knowledge, facilities, and personal protective equipment required to safely store and handle these materials.
3. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase products on WholesaleCompound. By placing an order, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old and are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research, academic, or commercial laboratory enterprise.
4. Ordering & Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). WholesaleCompound reserves the right to modify prices, correct pricing errors, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected violations of our Research Use Only policy. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of electronic payment authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
In no event shall WholesaleCompound, its directors, employees, or fulfillment partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the handling, storage, or misuse of products purchased. The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WholesaleCompound against all claims, liabilities, losses, and legal costs arising from any breach of these Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Peptide Research Labs Inc. is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Peptide Research Labs Inc. is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Products are intended solely for lawful laboratory research and analytical purposes. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, clinical use, or administration to humans or animals.
